Bio

Marc began his career in sales at Sun Microsystems France and then transitioned to engineering, where he worked in SAP development at Sun, Silicon Valley. He then left Sun to work as an independent software contractor and started the JBoss open source java application server project.

Marc currently serves as the President of JBoss, Inc., based out of Atlanta, GA. A graduate of France's Ecole Polytechnique, and an ex-Lieutenant in the French paratroopers, he has a Masters in Theoretical Physics from the Ecole Nationale Superieure rue d'Ulm and a Ph.D. in Physics from Ecole Polytechnique for experimental work he did as a visiting scientist at MIT's Research Lab of Electronics.
