Ardatis, part of Cegeka
Since June 2006, Ardatis is part of Cegeka. Situated in Leuven (industrial estate in Haasrode), Ardatis realized a turnover of 40 million euro in 2005, employing over 280 people.
Ardatis has a proven track record of more than 30 years in government institutions, the social security sector, utility companies and in other strongly regulated or demanding administrative environments.
Ardatis' agile administration solution comprises concrete integrated solutions for organizations that are facing complex, administrative processes and or frequent change.
With its 'agile administration solution', Ardatis want to meet all the necessary needs. Its objective is to optimize the flexibility, efficiency and 'change capacity' (agility) of the company or organization as a whole. Speed and flexibility of people, systems and processes are key when engaging in these business issues.
Customers are guided through the entire change project, if required: from the conceptual design to the implementation of a new or restructured organization, its processes and/or its systems and applications.
- This approach usually starts with translating strategic plans into operational objectives and improvement processes.
- The projects are further elaborated in order to put them into practise. These projects may relate to employees, systems, processes or a combination thereof.
- Afterwards the projects are implemented, supervised and permanently evaluated in terms of their contribution to achieving the organizational goals.
- If required, Ardatis assists the customer in the development or choice and the implementation of the appropriate ICT-solutions (applications as well as infrastructure) to support the operational processes and to automate them wherever possible.
- Finally, Ardatis can also take care of the operational management and maintenance of the applications and infrastructure.
Cegeka
With over 600 people and a consolidated turnover of more than 75 million euro, Cegeka undeniably positions itself within the top 10 of end-to-end solution providers in Belgium. Together, Cegeka and Ardatis create a unique player covering all elements of the ICT-value chain: business- and ICT-consulting, project/software development and implementation, professional services, operational management, and the maintenance and hosting of applications and infrastructure.
Cegeka is geographically well established in Flanders having premisses in Hasselt (headquarters), in Antwerpen (acquisition of Cortex in 2005) and, since the acquisition of Ardatis, in Leuven.
