I was born in Rome, Italy, in 1972, where I still live.
I hold a degree in Physics, obtained developing a Knowledge Management software prototype for a high energy physics experiment.
I've been working as a software developer in Internet related projects since 1996. I've worked for several companies, some in the entertainment industry, and for consultant firms that served bank as well as government agencies. As a consultant, I also helped companies and government agencies to build their Java competence centers by teaching OO design and Java technology classes.
So I've designed and coded very different kinds of applications, from games to web applications to multithreaded applications using the full range of Java technologies available. I taught classes about computer science for high school teacher in a program of the Italian National Research Council.
Currently I'm interested in ORM, web application frameworks, AOP and WS.
At the present I'm lead developer for MC-link , an ISP based in Rome.
