I'm not sure the prices are accurate. I booked a single room at the Express Holiday Inn, but the price was 107 euros, non-refundable. The lady on the phone couldn't find any special JavaPolis prices.

I discussed this with the hotel. The person you talked to was a stagiar, who did not know the 'JavaPolis procedure' and did not check this with her supervisor.
The hotel has confirmed me that they will change the rate to 82 euro/night. When you check out, the difference (minus expenses at the hotel) will be payed back in cash.
