Werner Keil is currently senior architect and consultant for Jamba! after working for T-Mobile, Nokia or BEA Systems. He has worked for more than 18 years as project manager, analyst, consultant and software architect on leading-edge technologies for investment banking, insurance, telco/media and public sector organizations, including Cable & Wireless, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Deutsche Post/DHL, Dresdner Bank, Erste Bank, HVB/UniCredit, Hutchison, IKEA, Sony, Vodafone and European governments. He develops enterprise systems using Java and Java EE, Oracle and Microsoft technologies, does Web design and development using Adobe, or scripting languages like PHP.

Besides work for major companies he runs his own creative, talent and consulting agency Creative Arts & Technologies and is Spec Lead of JSR-275 (Units of Measure) within the Java Community Process.

In his spare time, Werner runs and supports open-source projects, writes song lyrics, novels and technical articles.
